1. Lemon Tahini Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons tahini

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2-3 tablespoons water (to thin the dressing)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of making Lemon Tahini Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, maple syrup, and chopped garlic.

  • If the paste is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water until you get the desired consistency.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • After this, mix it well until it is smooth and creamy. You can also store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

  • Use runny tahini and not the dry, hard stuff for better results. The consistency of tahini can also vary from brand to brand.



2. Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil 

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Water as needed for consistency

Method of making Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing:

  • Add avocado, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and coriander in a blender or food processor and blend it until you get smooth and creamy textured. If the dressing is too thick, thin it by adding water little by little.

  • Now add salt and pepper to it as per taste. 

  • Mix the dressing with fresh salad and enjoy it. You can also keep this dressing in the fridge for up to 2 days.

3. Classic Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup 

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of making Classic Vinaigrette Dressing :

  • Take a small jar with a lid. In that jar, add olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

  • Cover the bottle with a lid and shake it well till it blends well. The salad dressing is ready. You can store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.

4. Miso Ginger Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons white or yellow miso paste

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup 

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated

  • 2 tablespoons water

Method of making Miso Ginger Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, rice vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, and grated ginger.

  • If the paste is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time to get the consistency you want.

  • Mix it well until it's smooth and creamy. You can store it in the fridge for up to a week.
