Ingredients
For the Dough-
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups spinach (palak) leaves, washed and finely chopped or pureed
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tsp oil or ghee
Salt to taste
Water, as needed
