For the Raita:
Plain yogurt (curd)
1cup Bundi
1 small cucumber, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small carrot, grated
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tsp black salt or use as per taste
Plain Salt to taste
1/4 tsp red chili powder (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare curd for raita: |
In a bowl, whisk curd till it becomes smooth and creamy. If you want a thinner consistency, you can add some water. But don’t add water right now. After the raita is ready, add water accordingly if you find it too thick. |
